 Pricing

Our pricing scheme assumes that the final product will be a custom solution based on our core routing platform - Route Factory Foundation Framework (RF3). RF3 consists of the Optimization Engine, Route Object Model and generic Dispatcher and Administration user interfaces. We also assume that each customer will require some level (up to 50%) customization or enhancements on top of the RF3. All customizations usually fall in 3 groups:

 Implementation

Each Route Factory enterprise deployment has 3 distinct phases:

■ Phase 1 is focused on determining the delta between the customer requirements and the current capabilities ofRoute Factory Foundation Framework (RF3). The result is a functional spec outlining the complete features of the final product (combination of RF3 features + plus all customization features). We will provide an estimate of the effort required to complete the customization features in hours. Phase 1 completes with signed feature set and agreed time frame, and cost.

■ Phase 2 covers the development of the new features and gradual deployment of the completed product at customer’s site. Once data source integration is complete, the product will be deployed to the customer's site and be available for review as the rest of customization is in progress. We are open to make any changes to the agreed functional spec at any time given the time estimate and the associated costs are negotiated at the same time. Phase 2 completes with acceptance of the work according to the acceptance criteria outlined in the feature spec and moving the product to production.

■ Phase 3 covers the first 30 days of production support. During the first 30 days after the product is initially used in production environment we will respond and investigate and correct issues that were not discovered during the acceptance testing. No new functionality

 Support

After implementation, we provide a production support of the product past the 30 day new product support. There are several support options available:

■ Ala-carte support. There is no monthly amount. Each support hour is billed at the standard rate.

■ Gold - Monthly prepaid support includes priority response and resolution of production issues (up to 4 hours of production support per month are included in the subscription). Preferred rates for future enhancements.

■ Platinum Includes access to the source code for Route Factory Foundation Framework (RF3) and all customizations. You receive a license to use and enhance RF3 using your own development resources. Terms and conditions of the Platinum support are negotiated specifically for each case

Ala-Carte and Gold plans include 1 year of critical updates to RF3.

■ Data source integration - govern the interaction with customer’s existing data sources for orders, transports and terminals as well as optional storage of created routes (Commit functionality).

■ User Interface customization - includes new screens or changes to the existing screens as well as various modifications to the report

■ Routing customizations – includes implementation of customer specific business rules for the optimization engine that are not already accounted for in RF3.

The cost for each solution is determined based on:



$12,000-$25,000(base price) + number of extra customization hours @ preferred rate



The base price includes the RF3 framework core, any of our add-on components, and deployment. It also includes 100 hours of customization/deployment labor.
